Raphael is a partner at Vauraus since 2013 and has worked for 12 years as a business consultant, with a prior career in relevant multinational and Brazilian consultancies. He has a pragmatic profile, goes deep into the detail of the projects’ challenges and always looks for feasible solutions within the clients’ reality, with the main purpose of implementing the proposed solutions.
He has led transformative projects in several industries (education, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail and construction), focusing on integrating post-merger/acquisition companies, implementing management models, redesign/implementing processes, and project and portfolio management (PMO). He graduated in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP.

Fernando has more than 14 years’ experience working in domestic and multinational consultancies and as a business executive. He served as General Manager of a beauty industry and was Head of Financial Processes for a textile retailing multinational company. He has a degree in Production Engineering from FEI, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and a PhD in Administration and Innovation.
He was a teacher of “Process and project management” at PUC-SP for 6 years.

Cassius has been in the IT market for over 30 years and has led teams in large global companies such as Oracle, Itaú, Cielo, Bradesco, Petrobras and Vivo, always seeking the best way to integrate different technological solutions and people profiles to his clients’ business requirements.
He graduated in Mathematics and has always been concerned with translating complex projects for simplifying user experience by bringing business, technology and people together, given that a holistic and complex technology solution is worthless if it does not meet people’s needs and is not aligned with the organization’s strategy.

Rogério has 17 years’ experience, having previously worked in management consulting, business operation and as an entrepreneur. With this expertise, he is able to add value to customers, taking an approach with different perspectives for solving their challenges.
His experience includes managing projects in the supply chain, strategy and technology areas in both small and multinational companies. He is always focused on creating new solutions for the challenges faced by corporations.
Rogério graduated in Civil Engineering from UFPE, with an MBA in Business Management from FIA/USP.
